Contingency

The key to understanding the contingency arrangement is that you make no investment until you have found the right talent and the value of your return is certain to be worth your investment. We conduct extensive interviews and uncover undisclosed information that can only be obtained from the close personal relationships we establish with our candidates. When you determine that our candidate is the talent you want to hire then and only then do you have to make the decision to invest in that person. This provides a targeted pool of highly talented professionals who match your position specifications. Your company can then evaluate and hire them as regular "permanent" employees. What it amounts to is zero investment until right candidate is located.

Exclusive

This service is also a contingency based service where less hassle and wasted time for you is mixed with increased resources by Bischoff and Associates. It escalates the importance of our search efforts automatically and becomes a greater priority. Management allows the agent handling the placement to dedicate all or the majority of their time on filling the openings till the you are completely satisfied. To ensure success, all exclusives must be approved in writing by management to achieve client satisfaction and realistic assessment of the likelyhood of success within any given agreed upon time frame.

Retainer

This service represents the most common form of recruitment service. The client has a high priority need, receives a large discount and makes a small investment up front per position to make it our number one priority. Retainer arrangements are our highest priority and our discreet yet assertive recruiting efforts are employed to create the greatest value and savings for our clients. Typically Retainer agreements are the most cost effective of all the mentioned relationships which allows us to direct tremendous resources including advertising efforts if needed in order to assure client satisfaction and visible results in the agreed upon time frame.

Temp to Perm

This service allows your company to hire a Bischoff and Associates employee who has been working at the client site on a temporary assignment. The cost of this service is a conversion fee based on the duration of the contract assignment. This service provides a great opportunity for both employer and contractor alike to evaluate each other prior to entering into a long term employer/employee relationship.

Contract Services

This service is based upon a pre-agreed rate. This allows your company to utilize a talented Bischoff and Associates employee on a temporary or contract basis. Thus eliminating payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, sick pay, vacation pay and administrative costs associated with employment from your corporate expenditures. We handle it all. Your company invests just the pre-agreed upon rate.
